We had the BABY!
It was an amazing experience (although excruciating for Kate), but on Friday March 6 (03/06/09), our little daughter
Neviah Katherine Seal (Nevi Kay)
was born at Boulder Community (Foothills) Hospital
She was 7 lbs 0 oz, 19.5 inches
and the cutest little thing we've ever seen!
She has dark hair and dark eyes, and was born naturally without pain medicaiton, just like we had hoped.
Kate went into labor on Thursday just before 5 PM. Contractions got stronger and closer together after about an hour, and by 8:00, we were on our way to the hospital. She labored throughout the night, and was fully dilated by 5 AM. Her water broke right when she started pushing, and less than 2 hours later, little Nevi K was here!
Peace to you all...we feel so blessed. Here's a little glimpse of what she looks like!

You are blessed! Nevi Kay is beautiful and you BOTH look radiant and completely in love! We pray that you continue to feel blessed in these times of little sleep and new experiences.
